Who we are
This website is operated by Future Rocket Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why we collect it and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your WhatsApp number, if you give it
- the service you are interested in and your message
To prevent spam we also store a one-way hash of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address.
Analytics
We measure visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. We record page views and actions such as pressing the WhatsApp button, without linking them to your identity.
How we use your data
We use enquiry details only to reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver services you ask for. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages unless you agree to them.
Where your data is stored
The website is hosted on Vercel and enquiries are stored in a Supabase database. Both providers protect data in transit and at rest. Only authorised members of our team can access enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep records of our work with you, and for no longer than two years after our last contact unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
